Job Responsibility

• Responsible mainly for grooming for customers’ pets according to the standards set
• Planning of daily grooming schedule to ensure that all pets queued are groomed on time
• Handles customer queries and complaints
• Provides administrative assistance if needed
• Assist in feeding and general care of customers’ pets
• Ensures good house-keeping and up-keep cleanliness of the pet hotel

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have a strong passion for working with animals and has a gentle and caring nature
• Able to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year’s professional pet grooming experience will be given priority but candidates with no experience can be considered
