Job Description:
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
To attend to all secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties in a confidential manner
Coordinate and schedule appointment, meeting, etc.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Handle and organize corporate events such as Company Annual Dinner, Company Trips and etc.
Flexible approach to build a more effective working relationships with others and achieve positive outcomes.
