Job ResponsibilityMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. To take care for the Chairman/Director travel in the vehicle to the requested location and also to take care for the safety of Chairman/Director or who are travelling with (upon request).
2. Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
3. Perform routine inspection on company's vehicles (physical and basic checking). To liaise with workshop for repair and maintenance schedule and / or as request
4. Provides & Performs daily despatch services, including transporting and delivering inter-office mails, legal documents, documents to banks and etc (as and when required).
5. Able to travel and drive long distance as and when required.
6. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications)
7. Strictly prohibited of any use of alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medication that inhibits cognitive or mechanical ability either during on the job and before a scheduled. No prior criminal / police / drug case and do not have any visible tattoo.
8. Well organized; able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records properly.
OTHERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
o To dispatch / collect documents and parcel to or from office handling banking matters.
o Responsible to dispatch out authority/statutory document.
o Responsible for the renewal of company vehicle road tax.
o Pick up and sent employer / employee to HQ or any place that will be assigns.
o Responsible to maintain company motorcycle in good condition.
REQUIREMENTS: -
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years and above of experience in driving luxury vehicle
3. Must possess valid Driving License (class D & B2)
4. Able to work on weekend and extra working hour as assign.
5. Able to interstate travel (when assign to drive CM/MD)
6. Age 30 - 45years
JOB TYPES: FULL-TIME
CONTRACT SALARY: From RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday & Public holiday: OFF (OT)
