Job Responsibility

• Schedule and coordinate Directors' traveling arrangement including outstation and overseas traveling.
• Booking of air flights, accommodation for the scheduled traveling itinerary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the Directors and Company at all times.
• Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the Directors.
• Monitor and respond to incoming communications to Directors' office including phone calls, emails and walk ins.
• Act as liaison officer for all business related matters (i.e government agencies/authorities) and attend to all clients and visitors.
• Assist in preparation of proposal and tender submission
• Assist in preparation of property management agreement.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
• Manage Directors' personal affairs.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of related working experience as a Secretarial, Executive, or Personal Assistant to Directors.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail, highly organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and long hours with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Well Organized, detail oriented and flexible with strong decision-making ability.
• Able to travel including outstation and overseas for work purposes when necessary.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, efficient, able to work independently and meeting the deadline.
• Added advantage for those who with experience or knowledge in property management.
• Honest, Punctual, and highly disciplined.
