Job Responsibility

• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and Patients Appointments
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Suggesting ideas based on the latest trends
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Collating and filing expenses
• Being involved in decision-making processes
• To handle all aspect of personal work of the Dr

Job Requirements

• Min education level at least SPM and above
• Having a good command of the Mandarin / Cantonese language is an advantage
• Beauty Savvy (Latest profile pic needed) & Well-versed with Latest Social Medias (Tiktok, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, IG, FB) as Clinic deal with Artists & Influencers
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Updated with latest trends, fashion, technology.
• PC literate. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. High integrity and able to keep information confidential
• Creative and able take high quality pictures & videos.
