Job Responsibilityo Manage the MD's personal and professional schedule and arrangements for appointments, meetings, conferences
o To correspond and liaise with clients and all work-related organizations, this includes answering phone calls, taking messages, and writing correspondence emails and/or letters.
o To manage all private secretarial and confidential matters of the Company.
o Liaise, follow-up, and monitor with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers on completion of sales transactions from payment of booking fees, end-financing application, signing of SPA
o Handling various e-filing with government authorities, maintaining and updating client databases, and handling client liaison work as appropriate.
o Provide administrative support to ensure that company daily operations are maintained in an effective up-to-date and accurate manner.
o Monitor closely, tracking deadlines and follow-ups with related PIC on projects/assignments/task assigned and ensure prompt delivery.
o Providing support in accounting task;
1. Assist in preparing of full set of Accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation
2. Assist for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit, and tax payment.
3. Assist in preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attending to auditors' queries.
