Job ResponsibilityWe are looking for the perfect candidate who :
? Minimum 3 years working experience (event experience will be a bonus).
? Strong multitasking & communication skills.
? Excellent organizational skills with attention to details, and has a very very good memory.
? Computer literate, able to use tools like word, excel, google drive, powerpoint, canva etc.
? Must be able to write well in English & Bahasa Melayu.
? Able to converse well in Mandarin.
? Positive attitude, outgoing, loves socializing and enjoys travel.
Your key responsibilities are:
? Provide key support role to the company Director in his daily work, such as:
o Preparing meeting minutes, letters and proposals
o Coordinating small scale events
o Coordinating work with various departments
o Any other work that requires your assistance
? You will be involved in most of the director's work and assist in execution of tasks.
? Run errands as requested.
