Job ResponsibilityPersonal Assistant to Managing Director / CEO
Responsibilities:
o Manage MD/CEO's schedules, correspondences, reports, travel arrangements, private and confidential matters.
o Take meeting minutes and prepare meeting materials and facilities.
o Prepare service proposals
o Administer MD / CEO's leave, claims and eligible reimbursement
o Maintain and improve service proposal templates and filing system
o Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels
o Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions when required.
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess tertiary education or Degree in any field (preferably in Mass Communication)
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
o Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Good English writing experience is an added advantage
o Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
o Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
o Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, team-player and also able to work independently.
