Job ResponsibilityMain Responsibilities
o Assist on sales from internal team and agencies
o Monitor sales progress of loan and legal documents signing
o Ensure sales gallery operation
o To take minutes, dictation, draft letters, handle telephone calls, take messages, file and trace correspondence
o Responsible for the upkeep of all files and equipment
o Coordinate/schedule all appointments, meetings, events, conferences, and venues
o Help with daily time management
o Coordinate all follow ups in relation with other departments/Clients
o To attend all meetings requested by the Project Director
o Plan travel including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
o Run errands as requested
o Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
o Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
o Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings,
preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
o Manage arrangements for Sub-Committee meetings, including
production/distribution of agenda and papers.
o Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
o Supervise all incoming/outgoing mail.
o Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

o High school/College
o Relevant experience is an added advantage
o Able to travel to multiple location
o Able to work on weekends
o Strong interpersonal skills

o String time management and organization skills

o Salary range RM3K to RM3.5K
