Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of managers.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organizing and attending meetings to ensure that managers are well prepared for meetings.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and others staff.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the Management.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
