Job ResponsibilityUpdating, scheduling and arranging of meetings, presentations and appointments including booking or meeting room.
Arrange for Director's appointments and handle visitors.
Handle all aspects of PA & secretarial functions
Minutes taking for management, other relevant meetings and writing correspondences as required by director.
Carries out administrative duties such as prepare correspondences, email and memorandum, filing, scanning, etc.
Manage travel and itinerary.
Ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
