Job Description
Job Responsibility
To coordinate new business site inspections and identification - Review and identify suitable location by conducting various studies for expansion.
Build mature relationships with landlords, developers, real estate agents and negotiate equally as a key representative of company.
Support the expansion plan of the company and act as coordinator of the business development.
Perform negotiation jobs - Liase with contractors, review and comment on the detailed floor plan drawings before submission to the management and local authority to reduce the idle of time and benefit from early opening.
Coordinate with relevant government bodies/authorities and ensure all licensing application are completed and compiled.
Timely preparation of all required documentation to government bodies.
To study, redesign and implement new SOP system to ensure the factory production level is enhanced.
Any other ad hoc task related to Business Development field.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Mass Comm or similar field
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English, Mandarin and BM, spoken and written.
Good negotiation skills
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Able to travel domestically for work purposes
Possess own transport
