Job Responsibility

• Follow up and arrange MD meetings, appointments, and tasks to be completed on daily basis.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining the ad-hoc job task given by MD. 
• Organize meeting activities and relevant event requirements.
• Attend meetings and carrying messages on behalf of MD.
• Back up MD on official speech preparation and write up relevant to company needs.
• Accompany MD to relevant meetings and events as well as taking the notes and other tasks from time to time as per MD needs.

Job Requirements

• Completed secondary education, High School degree, or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in agriculture.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc
• Possess own transport and able to work in flexible time.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
