Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions
o Responsible to manage E2E Telco Permitting management, including Project Planning, Project Tracking, Security Deposit Budget Planning, Project Implementation and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within timeline and quality.
o Manage the post-acquisition and pre-construction permitting program of the permitting stages.
o Responsible to led and manage on cash flow forecast for Security Deposit to Local Councils and Authorities Nationwide.
o Managed Internal and External stakeholder on Telco Project related matters.
o To monitor weekly/monthly KPI of relevant Property Acquisition Executives that been set by HOD.
o Build close rapport with the land approving authorities, highway concessionaires and all relevant shareholders critical to obtaining land approvals and building.
o Identify potential blockers in the process early and provide solutions.
o Monitors and maintains a permitting tracking system to ensure timely completion.
o Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.
o Developed junior team members and cultivated collaborative culture.
Requirements
o Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Environmental Science or any equivalent studies
o Must have at least 3 years and above working experience in Project Management or Permitting role
o Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
o Have good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and partner with customers, vendors, and internal staff effectively
o Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential
o Ability to identify & solve problems independently and effectively
