Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Ensure all the relevant local authority permits are acquired in a timely manner from relevant local authority representatives, and ensuring that the representatives are dealt with in a pleasant and courteous manner.
o Provide a professional and accessible point of contact for all local authority representatives to coordinate site visits.
o Ensure that all the relevant project members are familiar with the required permits and they are frequently informed of all relevant permit status.
o Be fully conversant with the permit's requirements and conditions, and ensure effective implementation.
o Ensure that all documentation is filed in a clear and tidy fashion in accordance with Company policy.
o Maintain the indexing and referencing of all relevant permits for the execution of the project works.
o Draft and coordinate all correspondence with the authorities.
o Initiate and maintain a database of all local services (gas, electricity, telecommunications, etc) and emergency contact details for their representatives.
o Monitor compliance of permit conditions.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of Company system.
o Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
o Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any relevant studies.
o 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in telco industry is an added advantage.
o Good personality and communication skills.
o Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Good public relation skills with experience in customer service contract management is an added advantage.
o Willing to travel outstation in short notice and base outstation.
o Possess own transport and a valid driving license (Class D).
