Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide data-driven research, insights, and strategic advice to help achieve marketing objectives
Plan and manage paid search, social, programmatic, content syndication, and nurture campaign to meet key performance metrics
Plan media budgets, analyse, and recommend modifications to ad spends
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop relevant ads for campaigns, and guide A/B testing to identify what works best
Work with our marketing operations team to optimise campaign performance to improve return on investment, and achieve efficient Cost per Acquisition ( PA)
Analyse and report on the performance of the digital marketing campaigns
Responsible for analysing, reviewing, and implementing websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines.
Perform various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques to gain the most organic and paid traffic.
Conduct keyword research to guide Marketing teams
Generate new keyword ideas to Optimize website content and landing pages
Review and analyze the websites for content that can be optimized
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Monitor and evaluate organic traffic and search performances
Test new digital platforms and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital/performance marketing
Job Requirements
At least 3 - 6 years of regional digital marketing experience in an agency
Proven experience in the planning and setup of digital marketing campaigns in Malaysia
Experience in setting up campaigns on different digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok etc
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid performance marketing
Confident using relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs / SEMrush, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Universal & GA4, WebTrends)
Google certification with hands-on experience in marketing tools such as DV360, Search 360, Campaign Manager, Data Studio, Google Analytics, SEM rush, etc
Strong research and analytics skills with a love for data
Good understanding of the latest digital/performance marketing techniques, tools, and metrics
