Job Description


Job Responsibility
The Job:
1. Create, suggest, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to account set up, strategy, and day-to-day management.
2. Analyze industry, internal data and benchmark with competitor trends to propose new digital marketing and channel optimisation opportunities.
3. Propose and coordinate with product teams to run and report on marketing campaigns.
4. Planning and budgetary control of digital marketing campaigns for the assigned market.
5. Devise strategies and execute campaigns at a tactical level to drive website traffic, leads, conversions and revenue.
6. Plan, execute, and measure ongoing experiments & tests to optimize ad performance.
7. Review, analyze and report on click rates, conversion, ad expenses, and overall campaign performance to management.
8. Able to make data-driven decisions and constantly improve ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
9. Manage Google Analytics, including creating and implementing custom dashboards, custom goals and funnels as well as customized reports.
10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.

The Person:
1. Possesses a Degree in any relevant field such as Marketing / Web / Communications / Business.
2. Any working experience in Paid Digital Marketing industry will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
3. Possesses a marketing and growth mindset, with natural interest in digital marketing.
4. Meticulous attention to detail - you're able to quickly link overall business objectives to execute a well-aligned digital marketing strategy.
5. Experienced in identifying target audiences, growing an online community, and devising digital marketing campaigns.
6. Proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve the key metrics.
7. Preferably with some working knowledge on Marketing and Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Adwords, SearchAds360, Display360, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, etc.).
