Company: FedEx Express APAC Job Title: People Digital Solutions Specialist-Senior Job Requisition Number: RC289671 Locations: Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Job Category: Human Resources Time Type: Full Time Job Type: Regular Job Posting End Date: 2020-11-30 Duties/Responsibilities: o Work closely with other HR staff and organizational leadership to identify process improvement with existing enterprise collaboration tools in the organization o Develop and implement digital way of work and process using O365 / Automation tools to help the organization improve efficiency and productivity o Able to develop a measurement process to monitor and track the utilization and productivity after implementation o Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. o Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features. o Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation. o Provides user training and hands-on support. o Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. o Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. o Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: o Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. o Ability to keep information confidential. o Proficient with Microsoft Office365 , SharePoint , RPA or related software. o Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design. o Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems Duties/Responsibilities:
