Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive terms
Evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and speed for delivery.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with performs vendors and suppliers.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services within authority level.
Controlling the procurement budget for long term saving and procurement costs.
Tracking delivery and goods/services supply by suppliers and vendors.
Preparing procurement report for management review.
Support Facility Management and General Jobs at site as and when required by immediate Superior and/or Group Managing Director.
Monitoring of documentation and preparation of report relating to Facility Management as per Management requirement.
Sourcing and engaging reliable supplier and vendors
Preparing procurement reports.
Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across department when necessary.
Work closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and term are favourable.
Conducting cost analyses and setting brenchmarks for improvement.
Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.
Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company's Rules and Regulations.
