Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. To communicate, process and plan delivery schedule
2. To liaise closely with transporters, tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments with site team on the delivery matters.
3. To work closely with both production & QA/QC team to ensure orders are ready for delivery
4. To liaise with forwarder to arrange for the shipment and shipping details
5. Compiles carrier and route assignments
6. To handle both exportation/importation to-and-fro between Malaysia & Singapore
7. To provide general administrative support such as delivery order, packing list, custom invoice & and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
Qualifications / Skills:
1. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
2. Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment
3. Strong sense of time organization and urgency
4. Well organized, systematic and efficient in planning to meet the deadline
5. Relevant working experience in the precast industry is advantage.
6. Ability to read and understand instructions
7. Good written and verbal communication skills
