Job Responsibility

1. Receive customer calls and accurately input orders into the system
2. Identify customer needs and ensure clear communication to related internal departments
3. Maintain existing customer base through effective customer service skills.
4. Foster solid working relationships with other departments and customers, and follow through with customer request.
5. Proper filling of related documents
6. Notify customers of any activities that may result in late delivery.
7. Handle customers' complaints timely. Take lead with related internal departments to ensure on time closure/update of complaints.
8. Co-ordinate with warehouse, inventory and haulage for incoming and deliveries.
9. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
