We are looking for a Director of Information Technology who will be lead the IT Team of the resort.
Job Summary
o Lead / coach / train the IT Team
o Manage and monitor the IT operations on daily, weekly and monthly basis
o Maintain data integrity of computer systems
o Handle system upgrade according to scope and time frame required
o Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure hotel compliance
o Design and implement contingency and disaster recovery plans
o Drive and manage major corporate projects and new business processes / improvement initiatives
o Introduce new technologies
o Plan the annual IT budget
o Liaise with vendors / consultants for hardware / software / services purchases
o Communicate with internal and external auditors
o Ensure IT inventory list is updated regularly.
Requirement
o Minimum 1 year in similar capacity in an international class hotel
o Bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, computer science/information technology or equivalent
o Oral and written fluency in English and local language(s). Knowledge of foreign language(s) is an advantage
o Well-articulated and can interact with all levels of external and internal stakeholders
o A self-starter, strong and proactive personality, sensitive to guest and staff need, and a positive role model
o Neat and pleasant disposition
o Able to work long hours.
