Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
- Setting up and operating different Automated Packaging Machines. E.g. Filling Machines, Capping Machine, Labelling Machine, Shrink Wrap Machine, Heat Oven Machine, Mixer.
- Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to ensure minimization of breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
- Assist in calculating OEE score monthly for all Production Machines.
- Quick Respond in investigating root causes of breakdowns and troubleshooting issues while following Safety Protocol.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breakers etc.)
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair windows, install blinds, replacing water tap etc)
- Assist Maintenance Engineer in everyday job tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have an ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant technical knowledge
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Understanding of safety and procedures are advantage
