Experience in Years: -
o 5 to 15 years of experience with 3+ years in Pega LSA role
o Required Qualifications/Certification: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Mandatory)
o Preferred Qualifications/Certification: - Pega certified Lead System Architect
Duties and responsibilities: -
o Application development experience for Financial Services clients. Expert in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM/Marketing solutions for large programs
o Should be expert on Pega 7.x, Pega8.x
o Expert in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components
o Expert integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
o Facilitate DCO sessions along with LBA, Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to create backlog
o Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to Pega terminologies
o Guide development team and business to ensure optimum solutions for business and system requirements
o Acts as Technical lead for the Program
o Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
o Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
o Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
o Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
o Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
o Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements
o Responsible for code review and ensure very high code quality
o Strong analytical and communication skills
