Job Responsibility

• Collecting data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll and administrative database and software (HR2000)
• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
• Preparing and processing payslip and EA Form
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
• Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by Management
• Process payroll for employees in the organization
• Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast past environment
• Support on other general HR related duties

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in accounting, business, HR & Admin or a related field.
• 2 years working experience in payroll or a similar role
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
• Working experience with accounting / payroll software (HR2000) will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented
• Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
• Strong computer literacy including Ms Office applications
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Can start immediately

Job Benifits

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary : RM3500 - RM4000
• KPI : RM500
• Medical claim up to RM150*

 

WORKING HOURS:

• 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Monday - Friday
• Required on stand by for payroll processing

 

WORKING LOCATION:

• MENARA TOKIO MARINE LIFE, JALAN TUN RAZAK, KL (Nearby Ampang Park LRT)
