Job Responsibility
Human Resource Executive / HR Assistant
Prioritized to Terengganu's State Born / Anak Jati Terengganu.
Based at Site Setiu, Terengganu.

o Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
o Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Unit at HQ;
o Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) and delivered it to the HQ at stipulated time;
o Assist new staff documents preparations;
o Coordinate HR projects at SITE(meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;
o Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
o Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews at SITE;
o Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees at SITE;

o Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs;
o Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally;
o Communicate effectively with cross shift at SITE;
o Performs other duties as assigned by your superior.
