Job Responsibility

• Bake pastry items according to pre-established recipes
• Decorate pastries in a consistent style
• Follow plating and display standards
• Follow portion standards
• Maintain inventory of prepped ingredients
• Properly label and store ingredients
• Keep kitchen area and tools clean

Job Requirements

• Full-time Bakery Apprentice
• With or without experience, experience is preferred
• Shift system
