Job Responsibility

• You will be responsible for the production of the cake shop and custom cake orders.
• Menu rotation and recipe development are also essential, but not an everyday task.
• Be able to multitask and handle a wide range of custom cake orders and also wholesale cake orders.
• Stock rotation and also to minimise wastage, is essential.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Job Requirements

• This candidate must possess minimum, a Diploma in a Baking or Patisserie field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar field, in 4-5 star hotels, or high end bakeries.
• Mature, responsible, hard working, and highly organised person.
• Must also be able to work independently, and manage 1-2 other junior staff effectively.
• I am looking for someone dynamic, proactive, reliable, and highly motivated.
