Job Responsibility1) Responsible for the preparation and merchandising of baked goods to highest standard of quality and consistency.
2) Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
3) Maintain sanitary and organized bakery and pastry production area, according to all governing codes, guidelines and regulations.
4) Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
