Job Responsibility

• (Advantage) 1 year experience in Call Centre/Customer Service.
• (Advantage) Experience in handling customer complaint.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skill.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work between 6:00pm to 10:00pm / 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
• Possess own transport.
• Must be Malaysian & above 18 years old.
• Minimum SPM.

Job Requirements

• Manage any inquiries related to Domino’s Pizza.
• Manage handling ordering and enquiry from customers relating Domino’s Pizza Services throughout Malaysia and Singapore.
• Coordinate with store relating to delivery status, order status, and future orders.
• Excellent in complaint handling skills.
• Ensure customer has the best experience with Domino’s customer service.
• Good rapport with SIC/DM/OM/CSC Team Leaders/AMs/MODs/Main Chiefs.
• Ensure all cases are resolved based on the compensation matrix and Domino’s PSG.
• Support any other task that may be assigned by management.
