Job ResponsibilityAuthorities / Berkuasa:
Monitor and arrangement of logistic matter, handling customer complaint and maintain good relationship with our customer and colleague.
Responsibilities/Tanggungjawab :
o Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
o Prepare Sales order (cash) and Delivery order (DO)
o Monitor and arrangement of logistic matter for product order delivery time to ensure on-time delivery to customers
o Handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, product sample and order referrals, sales promotions and etc
o Alert customer on delivery and flow issues in advance
o Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet Company goals
o Maintain database of customer sales order and invoicing records
o Assist in sales & marketing activities and inventory control maintenance
o Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and customer service
o Maintain proper and on time filing
o Well maintain CRM record
o To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time
Qualification:
o SPM/Diploma or equivalent
o Or Min 2 years' experience in related field
o Maturity, responsible and friendly
o Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to priorities tasks as needed
o Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others
o Computer literate
