Job Description


Job Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team! As Regional Talent Manager, you will work with the Aleph key leaders in the region to drive strategic initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent across Aleph. Your role will be to drive, support execution of and facilitate talent recruitment across the region.

Key Responsibilities :
? Manage and conduct full life cycle recruiting from posting, sourcing, pre-screening applications and resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection, coordinating offers and managing onboarding.
? Building and maintaining a database of quality candidates per market for current and future openings. This includes planning for future open positions by networking with industry professionals working for competitor brands and building a talent pipeline.
? Manage and Supervise the recruitment team members across the region and report on performance. In collaboration with country leaders, contribute to the company's development of the region by ensuring the local HR strategies are directly aligned to the overall business strategy
? Design creative sourcing strategies as appropriate and post all open jobs via the Aleph website, LinkedIn, retail specific job sites, etc. to reach top talent. Serving as a liaison point between candidates, Field leadership, hiring managers, and Human Resources. This includes facilitating kickoff meetings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify effective and creative sourcing strategies that will deliver the best available talent.
? Developing strong relationships with hiring managers in an effort to understand the needs of the business, markets, etc. Reporting accurate, timely and relevant data, metrics and insights pertaining to the Field recruiting operations.
? Fostering a collaborative team environment that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to all business partners.
Forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
? Create initiatives to attract top regional talent as well as interns.

Prerequisites:
? Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
? Knowledge of labour legislation.
? Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
? Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
? Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
? Strong decision-making skills
? An international mindset - culturally aware, flexible and pragmatic
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze
complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions.
