Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
1.01 To assist Marketing to submit case, to do follow up when Credit request further documents or unable to contact hirer and appeal for rejected cases.
1.02 To assist Marketing to follow up pending documents for disbursement, or unable to contact hirer to confirm agreement mailing address.
1.03 To assist Marketing in any relevant communications with dealers for speedier results.
Job Requirements:
2.01 At least SPM and above.
2.02 Preferably candidate with experience in customer service in banking industries
