Job ResponsibilityJob description
Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives (plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned business/territories.
Maintaining relationships with all clients by making regular communications, understanding their business needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary.
Handle all registrations based on customer requirements in region assigned.
Organize and compile each customer purchasing details and documentations diligently and ensure information are up to date and available at all times.
Monitor progress of sales activities. To identify, provide updates and propose solutions based on changing markets and trends.
Work closely with Customer Care in processing customers' orders via data input in ERP system and monitor the status of each order to progressively provide update and highlights to both customers and internal teams.
Submission of weekly reports and summary of all sales and marketing activities.
Handle customer complaints and resolving issues expeditiously.
Assist in customers' factory visits and audit review.
Any other related duties that may be given by management from time to time.
