Job ResponsibilityProvide nutritional / dietetic consultation and product recommendations to customers
Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health
Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target
Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment
Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer enquiries
Provide Nutritional training & briefing to the team
Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries
Able to participate & assist in company activities eg: events, exhibitions
Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements
Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required
