Job Responsibilityo Ensure availability of Direct/Indirect materials and other relevant accessories for packing activities. To inform HOD on unavailability of materials require.
o Monitor every level of process during packing.
o Inspect and check packing process against packing work instruction.
o Issue packing / service note and daily packing report to relevant personnel for recording and reporting purpose.
o Assist in ensuring the efficiency of operator's performances.
o Assist in ensuring vehicle, tools and other related equipments are properly maintained, otherwise to inform Maintenance Section/HOD on any defect/faulty.
o Ensure and maintain 5S concept at customer area.
o To assist on other matters assigned by superior.
