Job Responsibility

• Scheduling staff for Front of House.
• Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Developing store staff through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education to optimise productivity.
• To ensure the presentation and quality of all dishes are according to the Standard Operating Procedure set by management.
• To maintain a safe, hygienic environment at all times in accordance with all relevant legislation & regulations.
• To carry out ordering of food ingredients to the adequate stock levels while keeping wastages low.
• Ensure daily sales are reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly.
• Assist in monitoring, maintaining and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage and work areas.
• 6 days a week, 1 off day every week on Rotational Basis.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian.
• Proficient in speaking English / Malay / Mandarin (Added-on advantage).
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar role and managing a team.
• Able to adhere to all safety regulations and quality controls.
• Able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, hardworking, motivated, and proactive.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
