Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o The core of the Outlet Supervisor is to assist the Operation Manager in monitoring and handling the outlet operation
o To work closely with Back-Of-House, Front-Of-House Crew and Manager to achieve Monthly Sales Target
o Monitor the food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure it is compliance with the food and safety regulation.
o Work with cashier to ensure that sales monies are properly tracked and recorded
o Monitor staff in the restaurant including the back-of-house to ensure they are giving the best productivity to the customers.
o Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and to undertake crew disciplinary actions if the need arises.
o Responsible to lead the inventory process and monthly stock count assigned by Operation Manager
o Accuracy and meticulous while carrying the job.
o Customer relationship and commendable verbal communication.
o A good organizational skills and mentoring skills.
Requirements:
o Possess Diploma or Degree in F&B/Tourism & Hospitality.
o Minimum 3 years in Food and Beverage, Restaurant Services.
o Have experience in F&B retail.
o Proven record in managing back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
o Meticulous and accurate.
o Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
o Excellent customer service and approachable.
o Good time management skill.
o Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
o Strong interest in the mission and culture of Jardin Coffee & Tea
