Job Description

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision and management of retail stores, such as employee arrangement, display of merchandise, inventory control (e.g. repeat order and transfer of merchandise between retail stores), and completion of merchandise activities.
  • Be involved in business development activities, such as set up of new retail stores and promotion events, supervise renovation progress for new retail stores, and visit potential locations.
  • Provide guidance to retail store employees to practice the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain internal control.
  • Generate reports related to merchandise and customer behaviour.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the Operations Department as required.

Job Requirements

Position Summary

  • To support Good2U Malaysia in achieving business plans and sales targets through the supervision and management of retail stores and collaboration across departments including Employee Arrangement, Recruitment of Employee, Display of Merchandise, Inventory Control, Advertising & Marketing, Warehousing, and In-store Visual Merchandising.

Key Requirement

  • Has strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with an interest in fashion, consumer behaviour, and the latest trends.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Willing to travel when visiting retail stores, responsible, dedicated, and self-driven.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle impromptu tasks by being resourceful. Seek out information proactively and take appropriate actions based on the situation.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt Company's direction at work while being a positive influence in the team.
  • Has a vehicle for work transport.
