Job ResponsibilityTo ensure all operational duties as assigned performed within timely and need to be committed and energetic towards achieving company goals and development plans.
1. Reports to the Store Manager/ Operations Manager and performs all operational duties as assigned.
2. Coordinate staff function in support of operations on the floor.
3. Plan optimum staffing for the department.
4. Ensure that all the categories of staff understand and comply with Company policies.
5. Deal with all disciplinary matters on the floor.
6. Follow up on training program- product knowledge, company policies and procedures.
7. Achieve sales target and monitor shrinkage or losses.
8. Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
