Job ResponsibilityReports direct to Operation Manager or Country Manager in all aspects. To liaise with clients regarding the status of their shipment and update accordingly. Ensure requirement and instructions are followed, implemented and following to the company's standard inspection procedures. To co-ordinate with all level of employee in order to assign surveyors to specific duties according to the workload. To be available all times and contactable in order to execute all field job assigned by top management and your superior.
