1. To assist manager to coordinate operations, logistics, travel arrangements and time sheets.
2. To track all on-going jobs and prepare for upcoming jobs
3. To maintain all job procedures and reporting
4. To perform all admin functions such as attendance, leave, claims etc
5. To support sales tracking and reporting
