Job Responsibility1. Planning and managing daily operations and sales activities of the bookstore and canteen (meal orders)
2. Responsible for maintaining and fulfilling online bookstore orders and reservation
3. Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash and prepare the daily reports
4. To do inventory checking on a weekly basis, including books, stationery and school operations related (i.e.: dry foods, detergent, drinks, frozen foods and etc)
5. To report and request for replenishment on a monthly basis or when the inventories running low
6. To perform a variety of general purchasing support tasks including request for quotations
7. To liaise with vendors to assure timely delivery
8. Prepare administrative and operational reports on a monthly basis
9. To upkeep the bookstore tidiness
10. Supervising the general workers and to ensure that they follow SOPs and carry out their duties properly
11. To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
