Job ResponsibilityDraper Startup House is a global startup community with a mission to help build 1 million new businesses worldwide. We are launching a co-working lounge and startup community hub in the middle of George Town, Penang! We are looking for a junior rockstar community builder who has 1-2 years of operations experience in a community building role at a hospitality or co-working venue. This is an exciting role for anyone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and build a community from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the property
- Engaging with customers and community members
- Setting up regular startup events and networking activities
- Social media marketing and promotions of events
Qualifications:
- Interest in hospitality or co-working operations
- A personable, social, and optimistic attitude
- Experience in social media marketing
- Good communications skills
