Job Responsibilityo Provide user training.
o Implementation of the software.
o Develop user manuals for customer.
o Involve in data migration (if any).
o Support users on all related issues.
o Conduct user's requirement study.
o Provide development for in-house product and related software (Scope for functional role: documentation, scope for technical role: software program)
