Job Responsibility

• Responsible to find events, festival, activities for food trucks business.
• Schedule and set up procedure for food truck daily operation.
• Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output and cost goals.
• Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the production team and processes to ensure key quality, output and efficiency are met.
• Do shift production plan and set goal for each insertion based on weekly commitment goal.
• Prepare and review daily production report.
• Solving and feedback line abnormal issues appropriately.
• Ensure operators to work complying spec and company policy.
• Rating line employees' monthly performance fairly and encourage people do better.
• Coaching and training line people to improve their performance better.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements

• Preferred have GDL license.
• Preferred with 2 years working experience in F&B or related field 
  
• Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  
• No specific education level required
  
• With strong leadership, have experience or potential on People management.
• Project management skills & familiar with office tools.
• Good skill on report generation & presentation.
• Knowledge of statistical process control.
