Job ResponsibilityOPERATION
a) Responsible to allocate or assign manpower and vehicle for daily cases to ensure task
request of funeral arrangement (take body,saulim,chutsan,night service, etc.) are fulfilled
effectively and efficiently.
b) Ensure prompt and smooth operation of goods delivery and manpower transportation.
c) Monitor to ensure all duties and tasks are carried out as per company policy and
procedures.
d) Maintain proper planning and strong control of manpower and vehicles at optimal and
justifiable cost within case budget.
STORE
a) Oversee to ensure accurate funeral items and equipment are issued in accordance to
package entitlement and case requirement.
b) Conduct checking oon funeral items and equipment collected back from funeral venue to
ensure quantity of stock-in is tally with stock-out quantity , perform checking to verify any
incident of damage or malfunction.
c) Investigate the root cause leading to damage and malfunction and assess the impact
highlight to superior accordingly.
