Job Responsibility1.Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
2.To ensure that all daily transportation and shipments are scheduled to customers' needs
3. To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
4. To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
5. To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers' needs.
6. To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
