Job ResponsibilityManage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. The experienced operation manager Porcelain will ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws. Operation manager porcelain duties and responsibilities may include hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee's performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director. They must have leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. They must have excellent oral and written communication skills. They must follow company's policies and procedures. They must conduct employee performance reviews in a timely manner. They must continuously follow trends in the marketplace related to their company's products and/or services. They must follow changes in government rules and regulations related to labour issues, safety requirements, and environment issues.
