Job Responsibilitya)Managing day-to-day operation to fulfill clients' requirements and KPI for their satisfaction
b) Setting up rules, policies, guidelines, process, procedure and methodology for the project, assuring implementation, maintain and enhancement
c) Planning headcount and capacity for the project operation and clients' needs
d) Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports and results to provide better service and solutions
e) Plan and develop subordinates in the project operation and developing their skill for internal career path
f) Representing the Company to clients, getting trust from them and keeping good relationship with them for further business opportunists
g) Report and consult to the director, superiors and other relevant division/department in the Company for any necessity
h) Coordinating with other division/department for any kind of necessity to realize the project operation
i) Other ad hoc job assigned by the Company and superior
